Haeri Shin is trained in commercial dance choreography and street dance. She has been attracted to the openness of dance to shape her unique perspectives, she implements these movement vocabulary in her choreography works. The powerful energy and delicate expression of individuality of street dance shapes her choreography work, reflecting on the contemporary issues of her generation. She also experiments with video to diversify means to deliver her choreographic messages.


YouJeong Heo (Korea)
West African Dance
YouJeong Heo is a dancer based in Seoul, Korea. She has been trained in House Dance and changed her genre when she encountered West African Dance. Combining the unique aesthetics of west African dance and improvisation, she works with artists from various styles.
DaHye Kang (Korea)
Performance/Dance
Dahye Kang is an artist who depicts her perception of the world through movements. Through interdisciplinary projects, she actively engages with artists in various fields. She launched a project called ‘Monthly KangDaHye’ where she releases a new work every month for a year. Her theme revolves around the materiality of things and mental operation of human beings. Trained in contemporary dance, west African dance and movement improvisation, her work expands to liberate our thoughts and communication through movement language.
